Grapefruit, written by Yoko Ono, was the inspiration for John Lennon's Imagine. We produced sportswear with the motif of Grapefruit University, a fictional university run in the broad sense of this book, which should be called conceptual art.
The football cut-and-sew, printed on the front and back with the numbering from 1964, when the first edition of Grapefruit was published, is a piece that stands out for its black tan and cracked, old-manner print.
