Material / 100% COTTON
This piece draws inspiration from the hooded sweatshirt, which evolved from American workwear and athletic wear. It gained popularity as a practical garment that could cover the head during cold-weather work or while waiting for competitions, and after World War II, it became a staple of a wide range of youth cultures, including college, skateboarding, and hip-hop.
Its defining features include severe fading—so pronounced that the original color is barely discernible—and the “AIR CRAFT CORP” lettering, reminiscent of workwear and in-house sportswear from aircraft manufacturers. The meticulously crafted, thick-knit sweatshirt, knitted in-house, has become the face of the brand.
